Your mail will now appear focused in the Inbox. Tap the switch next to 'Focused Inbox' to toggle it off. It's in the top left corner of your screen. Tap the app icon that looks like a blue envelope with a piece of paper with an 'O' on it. Under Focused Inbox, check the radio button for “ Sort messages into Focused and Other.” Open the Outlook app on your Android, iPhone, or iPad.Click on Settings > View All Outlook Settings.Click on Focused inbox in the right pane.
